About Us
Kevin and Marnée are a husband-and-wife team. Kevin is an avid fisherman and Marnée is a beach enthusiast, so Sarasota has always been a defining part of where they call home. Professionally, their careers have always intertwined. Kevin was raised on construction sites, and has worked professionally in the homebuilding industry for over 10 years. During that time he has built and closed over 100 single family homes and townhomes exceeding $100M in revenue. Building and closing a home is an important part of the business, but most notably was his customer satisfaction track record, where over 98% of the families he had the pleasure of working with gave a 10/10 review. Marnée comes from a family immersed in the world of interior design. Throughout her professional career, she has worked with some of the top homebuilders and developers in the county consulting on their design work. Over the past decade, she averaged 30+ model home installations a year, overseeing designs that would ultimately be recognized by the National Association of Home Builders. Kevin and Marnée always worked parallel to each other in the building industry, until they decided to pursue their dream of owning their own company. The vision was simple: Anyone can build a house, but it takes a special team to build a home. Thus, Contour Builders was created.

Marnee has a passion for helping others navigate the home building industry. She started her career in marketing and later moved to sales. Working with some of the nations top builders and developers. From light fixture locations to imagining how a family will one day live the home, she was sure to try and encompass every detail a home has to offer and plans to do the same for you.

Kevin has a degree in Civil Engineering and holds a Certified Building Contractor’s License (CBC1265161) in the state of Florida. He spends the majority of his time in the field making sure the daily operations of the company are running smoothly. His passion for construction, especially home building drives him to provide the best experience for his customers.
